Here is a 1975 Leyland Morris Marina 2.6 litre six cylinder 3 speed manual sedan.
: This is for sale on behalf of the original elderly owner who bought it new from Brentmor Cheltenham Motors in Melbourne on 25th March 1975.
: This one owner vehicle runs very well and has traveled an original 64600 km with original books up til 1979.
: It is still on the original black and white plates from 1975 and is registered until March 2012.
: Please be advised that it is offered for sale AS IS and there is no RWC supplied.
: The vehicle is in tidy and clean original condition with the odd touch up or parking scrape but it does have some issues that will need attention for road worthiness.
: Mechanically it requires a brake service and new pads, the steering rack needs attention and the windscreen and a left front park light lens require replacement.
: There are no external bodywork rust issues but there is rust in the front sub-frame that will need attention. The interior is very clean with its original blue vinyl but some of the stitching has let go on the left side seat and there is some carpet wear.
: In all, this is a very honest genuine one owner vehicle and is verging on becoming a minor 70's classic. It would be great restored and returned to the road as this could be done for not a lot of money.
: (It could be used for parts but this would almost be a shame as the car is so original).
